Philadelphia has undeniably had a soft schedule and have now lost four games, but they remain atop our rankings for the second consecutive week.

The Blazers, a team that has defeated the 76ers, have dropped from No. 5 down to No. 11.

The second, third and fourth teams remain the same, though the Bulls and Heat flipped slots.

The Grizzlies and Rockets have jumped up five slots respectively, while the Wolves have climbed six positions.

In order to determine our team rankings, we calculate the difference between a team's own FIC per game and their opponents' FIC for the entire season.

The FIC is a single statistical measurement that encompasses things such as scoring efficiency, rebounding, blocked shots, etc. Its purpose is to combine the box score into one statistic, both on a team level and for players.
