Team Needs: The Bulls could use some depth up front, but may also want to select a project.

Outlook: The Bulls not only have the Knicks pick, but also their own and at this pick, they can afford to take a risk on a player who may not be that great yet, but will eventually be a solid pro. The team lacks frontcourt depth since the Eddy Curry trade with Tyson Chandler, Mike Sweetney and Othella Harrington as the main fixtures. Most suppose that the Bulls will take a frontcourt player with their 2nd pick, but the team has not given any hints as to who they select.

Most Suitable Prospects:
Shawne Williams ? The Bulls have time to allow Williams to grow into a role with the team and if they're looking for depth, look no further than Williams who can play 4 or 5 positions.

J.J. Redick - Last week, nobody would speculate that he would be available at this position, but after failing his physical, getting arrested for DIW and the expectation that he'll be out for a few months, the Bulls could steal the Wooden Award winner at 16.

Saer Sene - The Senegalese center is a big project. He has a 7'8" wingspan and great athleticism, but when have players of these sorts with very little basketball background ever panned out? Time will tell on Sene, but the Bulls could use a nice shotblocker off the bench.

Shannon Brown - An explosive player who can come off the bench and offer backcourt depth to the Bulls. They aren't in dire need of a player of this sort, but if he wows the Bulls in workouts with his flashy dunks, athleticism and improving offensive arsenal, it's not a long shot that they take him.

Best Case Scenario: J.J. Redick falls to them at 16 and they snatch him or they take a project player who they can fine tune until they are ready to add him to the rotation.

Worst Case Scenario: They select a player who is unwilling to play 5-10 minutes per game off the bench and clashes with coach Scott Skiles.
