Derrick White (1,503 assists) AND Al Horford (1,501 assists) both reached those thresholds in the last game.

Horford is 43 assists and 62 points away from joining the exclusive 14,000-point, 1,200-block, 3,500-assist club which includes Kareem, Webber, KG, Dirk, Duncan, and Pau Gasol.
Not a secret -- now that Smart's gone, Horford and White are by far my favorite current Celtics.

I think Big Al is going to play 3 more years after this year and then finally retire with 3 Celtics championship rings.

I'm curious to see if Al will go for another year, Win or Lose.
His body seems to be OK. And, he's still going at a high clip.

Career highs in 2FG% and TS% with lowest usage of his career while heading one of the best benches (per net rating) in NBA history. Top 10 in net rating. He'll turn 38 in June.

I think that by the End of the Season Horford may have played more as a Starter, than a Bench Guy.
