Kings Assign Eric Moreland To Reno In D-League

The Sacramento Kings assigned Eric Moreland to the team’s NBA D-League affiliate, the Reno Bighorns, on Tuesday.

A 6-10, 218-pound forward from Oregon State, Moreland has not seen action during the regular season.

He totaled four points (2-4 FG), five rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 20 minutes in three games off the bench in the preseason for the Kings.

Kings Hire Division III Assistant To Coach D-League Affiliate

The Sacramento Kings have hired David Arseneault Jr. of Divison III Grinnell (Iowa) College to coach their D-League affiliate.

Arseneault, who has served as an assistant at Ginnell College, will try to incorporate the Division III program's well-chronicled high-scoring offensive system into the Reno Bighorns.

David Wear To Sign Camp Deal With Kings

The Sacramento Kings will sign David Wear to a non-guaranteed one-year contract for camp.

Wear began his college career at North Carolina before transferring to UCLA.

Wear could eventually join the Reno Bighorns in the D-League.

The Sacramento Kings assigned forward Willie Reed to their D-League affiliate Reno Bighorns.

Reed has averaged 13.6 points (.649 FG%, .800 FT%), 7.6 rebounds, 1.2 assists 2.4 blocks, and 25.0 minutes per game in five games off the bench for the Bighorns this season.

Kings To Sign Royce White To 10-Day For D-League Assignment

The Sacramento Kings will sign Royce White to a 10-day contract and immediately assign him to the Reno Big Horns of the D-League.

The Kings will have four games to evaluate White and if his stint goes well, they will likely sign him to a second 10-day deal to join the NBA team.

White is expected to practice with the Big Horns on Thursday in Reno.

Kings Re-Assign Ray McCallum To Reno

The Sacramento Kings re-assigned Ray McCallum to the Reno Bighorns on Sunday, the team's NBA Development League affiliate.

This is McCallum’s second assignment with the Bighorns. In his first stint, McCallum averaged 22.0 points (.455 FG%, .308 3pt%, .667 FT%), 5.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.33 steals and 38.0 minutes per game in three contests. McCallum was assigned on November 21 and then recalled on November 27.

The Sacramento Kings recalled center Hamady Ndiaye from the team’s NBA Development League affiliate, the Reno Bighorns.

Ndiaye will rejoin the Kings at the Utah Jazz for Saturday's game in EnergySolutions Arena.

Ndiaye recorded seven points (2-4 FG, 3-6 FT), a team-high-tying seven rebounds, two assists and four blocks in 24 minutes starting for the Bighorns in Reno’s first win of the season
