James Michael McAdoo will return to the Santa Cruz Warriors of the D-League when his 10-day contract with the Golden State Warriors expires.

McAdoo has averaged 4.7 points and 1.7 rebounds in 6.5 minutes over three games with the Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors have assigned Festus Ezeli to the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA Development League.

Additionally, the Warriors have recalled Ognjen Kuzmic from his D-League assignment.

Ezeli has missed Golden State’s last 16 games (since December 25) due to a left ankle sprain.

Ronald Roberts is on the verge of signing a lucrative contract in the Philippines.

Roberts was the D-League Player of the Week last week.

Roberts has been on the Philadelphia 76ers' roster this season, but did not appear in any games.

Santa Cruz Warriors forward Ronald Roberts has been named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played Monday, Jan. 19 – Sunday, Jan. 25.  The award is the first for Roberts, who was traded to Santa Cruz from the Delaware 87ers on Jan. 21. 

Roberts (6-8, 225, St. Joseph’s) led Santa Cruz to a 2-0 record last week, averaging 29.5 points on 78 percent shooting (25-of-32) from the floor, to go with 13.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks. He scored 39 points and pulled down 19 rebounds, both Santa Cruz team bests this season, in a 127-111 win over the Reno Bighorns on Jan. 23, having scored 20 points and grabbed eight boards in his Warriors debut on Jan. 21.

McAdoo also had an offer from the Memphis Grizzlies on a 10-day deal.

McAdoo went undrafted in 2014 and is averaging 17.6 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.6 blocks per game in the D-League for the Santa Cruz Warriors.

The Utah Jazz will sign Elliot Williams to a 10-day contract.

Williams is in Salt Lake City taking a physical.

Williams has been in the D-League with the Santa Cruz Warriors.
