The Oklahoma City Thunder have reassigned Perry Jones, DeAndre Liggins and Daniel Orton to the Tulsa 66ers, the Thunder’s NBA Development League affiliate.
Jones has appeared in 34 games for Oklahoma City this season averaging 2.2 points, 1.5 rebounds and 6.9 minutes. In his previous stints with Tulsa, Jones averaged 14.9 points, 6.9 rebounds and 32.5 minutes in 14 games.
Liggins has played in 36 games this season for Oklahoma City, averaging 1.5 points, 1.4 rebounds and 7.5 minutes. During his previous assignments to Tulsa, he appeared in 13 games, averaging 10.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 34.2 minutes.
Orton has appeared in eight games for the Thunder this season, averaging 2.0 points, 1.8 rebounds and 4.9 minutes. He has played in 24 games on assignment in Tulsa, averaging 12.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 28.5 minutes.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed guard Chris Quinn from the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League for the remainder of the season.
In 25 games (23 starts) this season for the 66ers, Quinn has averaged 12.7 points on .475 shooting, 2.6 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.3 steals in 32.4 minutes per game.
The 29-year-old from Notre Dame played in the NBA from 2006-11 with Miami, New Jersey and San Antonio. In 234 career NBA games (26 starts), Quinn has averages of 4.6 points and 1.9 assists in 13.8 minutes per game.
