Aug 25, 2011 11:06 AM

David Logan has signed with Panathinaikos on a one-year deal.

Logan averaged 10.0 points and 2.4 assists in Euroleague last season with Caja Laboral.

Euroleague President Doesn't Anticipate Wave Of NBA Players

Aug 9, 2011 11:39 PM

Euroleague president and CEO Jordi Bertomeu told SI.com that he does not anticipate its clubs signing NBA players who are currently under contract.

"Our clubs need to have stable rosters," Bertomeu said via a translator. "They need to know how long they will be able to employ the player. No team will sign a player for only two or three months, or for an uncertain period of time. This is our forecast."

Euroleague clubs are wary of signing NBA players who may leave in the middle of their season.

"When FIBA decided to say that the transfer [of NBA players] will be valid only until the lockout will be over, it was strange," Bertomeu said. "Never in the FIBA history has there been any condition like this. This is very strange."
