Miller has an NBA out clause in each summer of the deal.

Miller is recovering from a torn PCL in his knee.

Andrew Goudelock has agreed to sign with Maccabi Tel Aviv on a $1.2 million guaranteed deal.

Goudelock finished last season with the Houston Rockets.

Goudelock played in China for most of last season, averaging 22.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game.
