David Teague Signs With Penarol

David Teague will play the 2012-13 season with Penarol, a club located in Buenos Aires.
“I’m really looking forward to going into a winning situation,” Teague said. “It’s a top-rate organization.”
Penarol plays in Argentina’s first-tier league.
“While there are money problems some places in South America, it’s a lot more stable,” Teague said. “I’ve got to get where the money is guaranteed and I know they are going to take care of me. Hopefully, it will be fine.”
