Joey Dorsey will play this season for Gaziantep BSB of the Turkish Basketball League.

Dorsey appeared in 45 games for Olympiacos last season.

Adam Morrison has signed a make-good training camp deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Blazers will have a roster spot available due to Elliot Williams' Achilles tear and season-ending surgery.

Morrison played for Besiktas in the Turkish league last season.

Theo Papaloukas is making progress in contract talks with Fenerbahce Ulker.

A deal could be finalized by the end of this week, according to a source.

Papaloukas spent last season with Maccabi Tel Aviv, capturing both the Premier League and Adriatic League titles.

Fenerbahce is set to announce the signing of David Andersen, an Australian center who most recently played for Montepaschi Siena.

Andersen shot 37.2 percent for Australia at the London Games.

Kobe Bryant is considering playing a season in Europe when he finishes his NBA career.

"It would be natural for me to go do it," said Bryant. "It wouldn't be a stretch at all. I grew up here."

Bryant speaks both Italian and Spanish, and lived in Italy for several years as a child where his father played professionally.

Bryant's decision on where to play would be fascinating.

"You'd have to look at the market and what's going on in terms of the level of basketball being played," Bryant said. "I understand there's a high level of competitive basketball in Turkey now. They might have the best league in Europe. Spain has obviously been one of the top leagues for a long time.

"And Italy is a place that's dear in my heart, I grew up there, but the level is not where it used to be. When I was growing up over there, that was the best league in Europe."

Bryant has two more seasons remaining on his contract with the Lakers.

Sasha Vujacic will return to Anadolu Efes next season, according to a report.

Vujacic will be joined by Jordan Farmar, who signed a two-year deal with Efes last month.

Bo McCalebb has signed a three-year contract with Fenerbahce Ulker.

McCalebb, the reigning scoring champion of the Euroleague, arrives from Montepaschi Siena, where he averaged 16.9 points on 63.7 percent shooting.

McCalebb played college basketball at the University of New Orleans.

Marcelus Kemp has agreed to terms with Montepaschi Siena of the Italian league.

Kemp returns to Italy after playing last season with Besiktas. Kemp was previously a member of Bologna. 

Kemp played collegiately at Nevada.

The Rockets encouraged Jon Diebler to play a second overseas because they have an abundance of wing players.

"(Rockets general manager) Daryl Morey told me they can see him on their roster in the future but this year is not the best time," Diebler’s agent, Lance Young said.

"Jon said he's going to go back to Europe this year and become a better player, and he'll go to training camp with the Rockets next year and make their roster. If he doesn't, he'll become a free agent."

Diebler signed a one-year deal with Pinar Karsiyaka, a team in Izmir, Turkey.

Houston recently acquired the rights to Diebler from Portland as as part of a three-team trade that sent Courtney Lee to the Celtics.
