The San Antonio Spurs will bring in Brian Butch and Warren Carter next week for a workout.
Carter played for Dexia Mons-Hainaut last season.
Butch has spent the past few seasons in the D-League.
Sasha Vujacic and Maria Sharapova are no longer engaged.
"It's been since the end of spring," Sharapova said. "I was waiting for someone to actually ask me that question.
"I have never really been the person to announce things. I never announced when we were together or never announced we were engaged. I never have in any of my previous relationships as well."
Vujacic signed a one-year deal with Anadolu Efes of Turkey in 2011.
"It was a really nice period of time for both of us, but our career schedules just made it extremely difficult to see each other with the traveling and especially his career move to Turkey. But we have a tremendous amount of respect for each other. I still would love to call him as a friend. We spent really great years together."
Real Madrid has offered Sergio Llull a six-year extension with an option on a seventh year.
The Houston Rockets own the draft rights to Llull, buying them for $2.25 million from the Denver Nuggets. Llull was selected with the 34th overall pick in 2009.
Llull averaged 9.8 points, 3.8 assists and 2.0 rebounds over 24.7 minutes per game last season for Real Madrid.
Llull will turn 25 in November.
Hilton Armstrong announced Thursday morning that will be joining Panathianakos of the Greek League.
Armstrong worked out for the Nets on Wednesday.
Armstrong, 27, was selected with the 12th overall pick of the 2006 NBA draft.
Darius Songaila has agreed to terms of a one-year contract with BC Donetsk, a club located in the Ukraine.
Songaila split last season with Galatasaray and Valladolid.
Shelden Williams has signed a free agent deal with Elan Chalon.

William, a six year NBA veteran, spent last season with the Nets.
Williams was the fifth overall pick of the 2006 NBA draft.
Rudy Fernandez, after four years in the NBA, is returning to Real Madrid, the team for which he played during the lockout.
“I am returning to Europe, as a member of Real Madrid, in order to be its leader,” Fernandez said. “I will bring my experience and talent in order to help my team win as many titles as possible.”
Fernandez appeared in 17 ACB League games last season. With Fernandez in the lineup, Real Madrid was 13-4.
“Last season, we performed well on the group phase of the competition,” Fernandez said. “I can’t speak about what happened next, because I left for the NBA, but for sure we want to be competitive and we want to win the title.”
Williams Buford will play the 2012-13 season with Obradoiro, a club located in Spain.
Obradoiro plays in the Spanish ACB, Spain's first-tier league, which includes FC Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Buford appeared in two games this summer for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA summer league, averaging 6.3 minutes.
Tal Burstein has retired at the age of 32.
Burstein needs to undergo surgery on his injured right hip.
Burstein was a starter for Maccabi Tel Aviv that won Euroleague titles in 2004 and 2005.
