The Indiana have re-signed free agent Sam Young.
The Pacers originally signed Young on Sept. 12, 2012 and waived him on Jan. 6, 2013. He played 28 games with the Pacers, averaging 3.6 points and 2.9 rebounds.

Fifteen teams have at least one All-Star (Knicks, Heat, Celtics, Bulls, Pacers, 76ers, Blazers, Spurs, Rockets, Warriors and Grizzlies), while 15 teams do not have a representative (Hawks, Nets, Bobcats, Mavericks, Nuggets, Pistons, Bucks, Wolves, Hornets, Magic, Suns, Kings, Raptors, Jazz and Wizards).
The 76ers and Cavaliers each sent a Coaches Vote All-Star despite a losing record, while the Lakers and Celtics have two starters despite a sub-.500 record.
The Nets, Hawks, Bucks, Nuggets and Jazz all have a record over .500 and no All-Stars.
The All-Star starters are LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Garnett, Dwyane Wade, Rajon Rondo, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin, Dwight Howard and Chris Paul.
After playing six minutes in the first half of the Indiana Pacers' win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday, Gerald Green was benched by Frank Vogel for the entire second half.
Green is shooting 35 percent from the field, including 29-percent on 3-pointers, this season and has shown few signs of being the player that put up points in New Jersey last year.
The Indiana Pacers announced Thursday that they have signed Dominic McGuire to a second 10-day contract.
McGuire has played in two games for the Pacers this season.
The Indiana Pacers have reassigned Miles Plumlee to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, Indiana’s NBA Development League affiliate.
Plumlee (6-11, 255, Duke) re-joins the Mad Ants following five previous assignments when he played in seven games and averaged 13.9 points, 10.9 rebounds and 32.1 minutes. He has appeared in six games for the Pacers this season, averaging 1.0 points, 1.3 rebounds and 3.7 minutes.
With nearly half of the 12-13 NBA season, analysts have a fairly clear idea of which teams are playoff contenders and which are firmly in the lottery.
The change in popularity of teams based on ticket prices on the secondary market based on data from VividSeats.com is also revealing.
The Brooklyn Nets have the largest increase in price from last season, with a 105 percent jump from their final season in New Jersey.
The Chicago Bulls have the NBA's largest decrease at 27 percent, undoubtedly related to the injury to Derrick Rose.
Despite the departure of Dwight Howard, the Orlando Magic have only had a decrease of four percent. Also noteworthy is that the Houston Rockets have a four percent decrease even though the team seemingly improved their markability with the acquisitions of James Harden and Jeremy Lin.

Paul George said on Wednesday that he won't enter this season's dunk contest at NBA All-Star weekend.
Teammate Gerald Green likely won't participate, either.
Frank Vogel has signed a contract extension with the Indiana Pacers.
"This is a good deal for Frank and the franchise," said Pacers President of Basketball Operations Donnie Walsh. "Frank has done a great job turning our team around since he became coach and deserves the chance to continue the work he and his staff have started."
Vogel has compiled 62-38 record through 100 games coached in the NBA, swiftly impacting the culture around the Pacers.
Vogel helped lead the Pacers to the Eastern Conference semifinals a season ago and has guided them to a 20-14 record so far this season, despite the void left by Danny Granger's absence.
“I’m honored that Donnie, Kevin (General Manager Pritchard) and Mr. Simon (owner Herb Simon) have such belief and faith in me to be their coach in the foreseeable future," Vogel said in a statement. "We’ve established a great connection with our community the last two years, both on and off the court and I look forward to continuing that."
The Indiana Pacers have signed Dominic McGuire to a 10-day contract.
McGuire, a 6-9, 235-pound forward, has been with six different teams in his six-year NBA career, most recently the New Orleans Hornets. He played nine games with the Hornets this season, averaging 2.1 points and 3.1 rebounds per game.
The Indiana Pacers will waive Sam Young.
Young severely sprained his ankle just a few days before his contract became guaranteed.
The Pacers are likely to sign a player within the next few days, possibly Dominic McGuire.
