He achieved individual and team success as a sharpshooting reserve for the San Antonio Spurs from 2010 to 2013, averaging 9.4 points on 47 percent three-point shooting in last year’s NBA Finals.

For the 29-year-old, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Charlotte Bobcats appeal as two of several interested organizations.

Neal is averaging 10 points in 30 games this season. The 6-foot-4 guard has been showcased over the past three contests, scoring nearly 14 points per game.

Larry Sanders underwent successful surgery on Thursday to repair right orbital bone fractures which he sustained in the Feb. 8 game against the Houston Rockets. 

The procedure was performed by Dr. Gerald J. Harris at the Eye Institute of the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital. Sanders will be sidelined for a minimum of six week.

In 23 games (20 starts) this season, Sanders has averaged 7.7 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.7 blocked shots in 25.4 minutes per contest.
