Norris Cole has signed a one-year qualifying offer for $3.03 million with the New Orleans Pelicans.
Cole averaged 7.6 points and 3.4 assists while shooting 31.3 percent from three-point range with the Pelicans and Miami Heat last season.

Sean Kilpatrick and the New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to a two-year, partially guaranteed contract.
Kilpatrick played in four games with the Minnesota Timberwolves last season and averaged 5.5 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists. Kilpatrick spent most of the 2014-15 season playing in the NBA Development League with the San Cruz Warriors and Delaware 87ers.
Kilpatrick went undrafted out of Cincinnati in 2014.
