The Philadelphia 76ers will sign Chasson Randle to a three-year deal.
Randle has appeared in four games for the 76ers on multiple 10-day contracts. Randle will have trigger dates for guarantees next season and in Year 3.
Randle was with the New York Knicks during training camp.
The Cleveland Cavaliers approached the Philadelphia 76ers about a trade for T.J. McConnell.
Philadelphia declined the Cavaliers' offer of Jordan McRae.
The Sixers acquired McRae in the second round of the 2014 draft. The Sixers sent him to Australia to play for Melbourne United during the 2014-15 season. McRae was waived by the Sixers on Oct. 26, 2015.
"The best thing for me is to just not pay any attention to it," McConnell said Sunday of trade discussions. "If you go looking for it, you are going to find it. And if you don't, it won't find you."
Cleveland wanted him to fulfill a role similar to the one Matthew Dellavedova had with the Cavs the last three seasons as Kyrie Irving's backup.

Ben Simmons' recovery continues to progress as planned after a foot scan revealed no setbacks.
Simmons underwent a scheduled scan on his surgically repaired right foot on Monday.
The Sixers said that while everything is going as planned, he still does not have a timetable for a return to the court.
Simmons underwent surgery to repair an acute Jones fracture of the fifth metatarsal bone in his right foot on Oct. 4.
Simmons was expected to miss three months. Simmons could make his debut shortly after the All-Star break.
Joel Embiid and Kawhi Leonard have been named the NBA's Players of the Week.
Embiid appeared in three games during the span and Philadelphia won each game he played in. For the week, he averaged 22 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks per game. His 29 free throws made were tied with All-Star starter Jimmy Butler of Chicago for the most by an Eastern Conference player this past week, while his 11 blocks matched Golden State’s Draymond Green for the league lead.
Leonard averaged 36.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 1.33 steals in 40.2 minutes while shooting .565 (39-69) from the field, .438 (7-16) from beyond the arc and .960 (24-25) from the foul line as the Spurs went 3-0 for the week. He started the week off by registering 34 points (12-17 FG, 2-3 3FG, 8-9 FT), 7 rebounds and 5 assists in 39 minutes in a 122-114 victory over Minnesota on Jan. 17. Two nights later Leonard posted a team-high 34 points (12-22 FG, 2-5 3FG, 8-8 FT), 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and a block in 36 minutes in a 118-104 victory vs. Denver. Joel Embiid will not play in the Philadelphia 76ers' next two games to rest his knee.
Embiid suffered a knee contusion on Friday.
The Sixers announced that a precautionary MRI showed no significant damage in his left knee, and held him out of Saturday's game against Atlanta.
"We're gonna be without him tomorrow, and in Milwaukee, and we'll go from there," Brett Brown told reporters.
The Philadelphia 76ers have signed Chasson Randle to a second 10-day contract.
Randle has appeared in two games since being signed by the Sixers on January 9. He posted 10 points in 16 minutes in Monday’s win over the Bucks in Milwaukee.
Randle was most recently with the NBA D-League Westchester Knicks, where he appeared in 19 games and posted averages of 21 points, four rebounds, three assists and one steal in 32 minutes per game, while shooting 40% from three-point range.
The Philadelphia 76ers have claimed Mo Williams off waivers.
Williams was traded by the Atlanta Hawks to the Denver Nuggets this week and subsequently waived.
Like the Nuggets, the 76ers had yet to reach the salary floor.
By claiming Williams, the 76ers have eliminated the Nuggets' $1.1 million salary floor related savings and have taken it for themselves.
Ben Simmons could make his NBA debut shortly after the All-Star break.
During training camp, Simmons, 20, fractured the fifth metatarsal bone of his right foot and was ruled out indefinitely following surgery. His foot has completely healed, sources say.
Simmons' current rehab will be centered on gradually increasing his conditioning and on-court workload. Last week he participated in 5-on-5 drills for the first time.
The Philadelphia 76ers are expected to "take a hard look at" Jrue Holiday in the 2017 free agency.
The 76ers traded Holiday at the beginning of Sam Hinkie's tenure as general manager for what became two lottery picks. Nerlens Noel, who was the first player acquired by the 76ers for Holiday, will also be a free agent this offseason.
With Ben Simmons expected to be the 76ers' de facto point guard, Holiday would be a natural fit with his defensive versatility against guards, playmaking off the dribble and perimeter shooting.
Holiday is averaging 13.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 7.1 assists with a PER of 15.3 this season.
