Moe Harkless has agreed upon a four-year, $40 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Harkless’ deal will be fully guaranteed with no options, but it could reach $42 million with incentives, sources said.

Harkless was a restricted free agent with the Blazers coming off averages of 6.4 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.

The Blazers now have Harkless, Damian Lillard, C.J. McCollum, Allen Crabbe and Meyers Leonard signed to long-term deals.

The Portland Trail Blazers have signed Tim Quarterman to a partially-guaranteed training camp contract.

Undrafted out of LSU, Quarterman (6-6, 187) posted averages of 11.2 points (41.5% FG, 34.3% 3PT, 63.2% FT), 4.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 0.97 steals in 33 games (27 starts) his junior 2015-16 season.

Quarterman, 21, played three seasons for the Tigers, averaging 8.4 points (39.7% FG, 31.0% 3PT, 66.0% FT), 3.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.04 steals in 98 games (43 starts).

C.J. McCollum and the Portland Trail Blazers have agreed upon a four-year, $106 million maximum contract extension.

The deal contains no options or trade kickers for McCollum.

The Blazers were not going to be a factor in the 2017 offseason with cap space.

The Portland Trail Blazers and Maurice Harkless remain in a contract stalemate as the two sides are "not any closer" to reaching a deal.

Harkless' agent, Happy Walters, says several teams have reached out to him with interest.

Harkless is a restricted free agent after being given a $4 million qualifying offer.

"He's in no rush,'' to make a decision, Walters said. 

Harkless started the final 11 games at small forward, when the Blazers went 8-3. He then became a central figure in the playoffs, when he averaged 11.0 points and 5.1 rebounds.

The Portland Trail Blazers have matched the four-year, $75 million offer sheet Allen Crabbe signed with the Brooklyn Nets.

Crabbe was a restricted free agent, which gave the Blazers the right to match.

With bonuses, Crabbe's deal he signed with the Nets could reach $83 million. Crabbe's deal includes a player option in Year 4 and a trade kicker.

Crabbe was promised a spot in the Nets' starting lineup.

Crabbe averaged 10.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 26.0 minutes per game while shooting 39.3 percent on three-pointers.

Meyers Leonard has agreed upon a four-year, $41 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Leonard was in restricted free agency.

Leonard averaged 8.4 points and 5.1 rebounds in 21.9 minutes per game last season for Portland. Leonard shot 37.7 percent from three.

Leonard rejected a four-year, $40 million extension offer last offseason.

Allen Crabbe has agreed to sign a four-year, $75 million offer sheet with the Brooklyn Nets.

With bonuses, Crabbe's deal could reach $83 million. Crabbe's deal includes a player option in Year 4 and a trade kicker.

The Portland Trail Blazers will have three days to match Crabbe's offer sheet signed in restricted free agency.

Crabbe has been promised a starting job with the Nets.

Festus Ezeli has agreed to a two-year deal with the Portland Trail Blazers worth $14.7 million. The second year of the deal is team option at $7.33 million and the first year is worth $7.4 million.

The Golden State Warriors rescinded their qualifying offer to Ezeli in order to sign Kevin Durant, which made him an unrestricted free agent.

Ezeli has been one of the NBA's better rotation bigs in terms of rim protection and rebounding when healthy.

The Portland Trail Blazers are meeting with Festus Ezeli.

Ezeli began the offseason as a restricted free agent but the Golden State Warriors rescinded their qualifying offer to him once Kevin Durant committed to sign.

Ezeli's meeting with the Blazers is in Portland.

Ezeli was the 30th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft out of Vanderbilt.

The Portland Trail Blazers are finalizing a trade with the Orlando Magic for Shabazz Napier.

Napier figured to be Orlando's fourth point guard this season.

Orlando acquired Napier last summer from the Miami Heat for a 2016 conditional second-round pick. Napier originally was drafted by the Heat in the first round of the 2014 NBA Draft.
