Wesley Matthews will receive free agency interest from both the Dallas Mavericks and Toronto Raptors.
Matthews tore his Achilles in the second half of last season. Matthews believes he will be ready for the start of the regular season.
Matthews is seeking a deal with an annual average in the $15 million range.

The Toronto Raptors have acquired Luke Ridnour from the Oklahoma City Thunder to create a $2.85 million trade exception.
The Thunder also acquire the draft rights of Tomislav Zubcic.
Ridnour has also been traded this offseason by the Orlando Magic, Memphis Grizzlies and Charlotte Hornets.

Aldridge is not currently planning on meeting with the Portland Trail Blazers as they've already offered a full maximum contract.
Portland Trail Blazers star free agent LaMarcus Aldridge has plans to meet with the Toronto Raptors this week, league sources told RealGM.
Aldridge has an interest in the Raptors, who hold space for a maximum contract offer, sources said. In his free-agent meetings in Los Angeles, Aldridge will be joined by his mother, Georgia.
Nevertheless, the San Antonio Spurs are considered a strong candidate to sign Aldridge out of the Portland Trail Blazers, and the four-time All-Star has several other meetings, too.
Aldridge will consider meeting with the Houston Rockets, among his other sitdowns, sources said. As an unrestricted free agent for the first time, Aldridge only benefits with his due diligence from interested teams.
Widely believed to be the NBA’s most attainable superstar free agent, Aldridge had another standout statistical season in his ninth year with the Blazers. The 6-foot-11 forward averaged a career-high 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists.
Out of Texas, Aldridge went second overall in the 2006 NBA draft, one slot behind the Raptors’ selection of Andrea Bargnani.
Al-Farouq Aminu is scheduled to meet with several teams as he hits the open market.
Aminu is scheduled to visit the New York Knicks, Boston Celtics, Portland Trail Blazers, Toronto Raptors and New Orleans Pelicans.
The Dallas Mavericks are also in the mix to re-sign Aminu.
The Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors have agreed upon a trade involving Greivis Vasquez. The Raptors will receive the Los Angeles Clippers' 2017 first round pick and the No. 46 pick.
The Clippers' first round pick will be conveyed if they make the playoffs in any of the years between 2017 and 2019.
The Bucks will use cap space to absorb the contract of Vasquez.
Vasquez was acquired by the Raptors in 2013 as part of the Rudy Gay trade.
The Toronto Raptors are discussing an assistant coaching job with Andy Greer and Rex Kalamian.
Greer was an assistant coach under Tom Thibodeau with the Chicago Bulls since 2010.
Kalamian was an assistant coach under Scott Brooks with the Oklahoma City Thunder since 2009.
Lou Williams is expected to receive strong interest from teams that include the Sacramento Kings, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets, providing a clear competition for the Toronto Raptors to retain the NBA’s reigning Sixth Man of the Year, league sources told RealGM.
The Raptors and Williams have expressed a mutual interest, and there will be a window early in free agency for Toronto to finalize an agreement that’s viable for the 6-foot-2 guard.
As one of the most potent scorers on the market, Williams could scan league-wide possibilities of a three-year deal in the range of $27 million or four years for $35 million.
For the season, Williams scored a career-best 15.5 points per game while averaging 25.2 minutes — a magnificent resurgence as a player after tearing his ACL in 2013.
Williams, 28, has played 10 NBA seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks and Raptors. He has career averages of 11.9 points, 2.9 assists and two rebounds.
Dwane Casey said on Tuesday he was never concerned about his future this offseason as head coach of the Toronto Raptors.
The Raptors were eliminated from the playoffs in the first round by the Washington Wizards.
“I wasn’t worried about my job, never have been, never will be,” Casey said. “[Raptors GM] Masai [Ujiri] has every right to look at the entire organization, [like] the coaching staff, and evaluate everything that we’ve done as a staff and as a team but I think, if we’re all honest with ourselves and look where we come from and look how the growth process is going, we’re going in the right direction. I think that’s what the evaluation process shows.
“Did we make mistakes as a coaching staff? Yes. Did we make mistakes as an organization and players making mistakes as players? Yes. We all do. We all are accountable for everything that goes on, but again, big picture, we’re going in the right direction from where we started last year.”
