The Miami Heat and Memphis Grizzlies have agreed upon a trade of Mario Chalmers and James Ennis for Beno Udrih and Jarnell Stokes.

Chalmers has been subject of trade rumors since the offseason in order to help the Heat save on the luxury tax.

Chalmers has been with the Heat since 2008.

There have been a number of departures from Wasserman Media Group following Arn Tellem's decision to take a job with the Detroit Pistons.

Marc Gasol, Pau Gasol and Jabari Parker have now left WMG.

Al Horford and Danilo Gallinari previously left the agency as well.

The Memphis Grizzlies are holding trade talks with the Miami Heat centered on Mario Chalmers.

Chalmers has been known to be available in a trade throughout the offseason.

The Grizzlies have struggled to start the season, suffering a 30-point loss to the Cavaliers and a 50-point loss to the Warriors.

Chalmers is in the final year of a two-year deal he signed in the summer of 2014 and is making $4.3 million this season. 

The Grizzlies could include Beno Udrih in a trade.
