Derrick Rose appeared at the Chicago Bulls' practice facility on Saturday.

Rose was in good spirits and will begin his rehabilitation process.

Rose did not address the media but is very confident he will play again this season. The Bulls believe he will miss four to six weeks with the torn meniscus in his knee.

Victor Claver has agreed to terms with Khimki Moscow.

Claver will replace Joffrey Lauvergne who recently joined the Denver Nuggets.

Claver was waived by the Nuggets following his trade to the Portland Trail Blazers.

Danny Ainge revealed Thursday that Jared Sullinger did not meet any of the Boston Celtics' team-wide conditioning goals this season.

Sullinger is out for the remainder of the season with a foot injury.

“Well, Jared and I have talked a lot about (his conditioning) over the past year,” Ainge said on 98.5 The Sports Hub’s “Toucher & Rich." “It’s something we take great pride in with our players. Our players have really bought in to our program, and a lot of guys — I think every guy has met the goals that they have set in regards to strength and conditioning, and body fat, and weight, and all the different things our strength coaches do on a regular basis.

“Jared just hasn’t met his goals. He’s not up to the standards that he wants and is not up to the standards that we think are in his best interests for the long-term health of his career. He’s not up to par to the standards that we feel are necessary to be a consistent winning player and play with great conditioning.”

George Karl would like the Sacramento Kings to try to trade for Ty Lawson.

The Denver Nuggets are rebuilding and could make Lawson available.

Karl previously coached Lawson with the Nuggets.

The Miami Heat have signed Michael Beasley to a 10-day contract.

Beasley was previously playing in China where he averaged 28.7 points, 10.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists (26.3 PER).

Beasley was drafted by the Heat in 2010 and returned in 2013 after stints with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Phoenix Suns.

Beasley gives the Heat depth at power forward with Chris Bosh out for the season.

Andre Miller is interested in re-signing with the Sacramento Kings in the offseason.

Miller was traded to the Kings by the Washington Wizards at the deadline.

Miller turn 39 next month.

The Chicago Bulls have held exploratory conversations with free agent guard Nate Robinson as a potential roster addition, league sources told RealGM.

Discussions have yet to advance, but the Bulls were made aware Tuesday night that Robinson has a strong desire to sign with the franchise. Robinson is a natural fit for the roster, familiar with its core players and coaching staff.

Chicago has entered planning mode, with some hope that Derrick Rose can still return this season from a torn meniscus in his right knee. Even if Rose misses a possible minimum of four weeks, there's belief the Bulls could hold firm on their current 14-man roster.

Robinson had the most complete and dynamic campaign of his 10-year NBA career as a reserve guard for the Bulls in 2012-13, averaging 13.1 points and 4.4 assists in all 82 regular season games. The 30-year-old had helped lead the Bulls to a Eastern Conference semifinal behind three 20-plus point performances in the 2013 postseason.

Robinson has spent the past two seasons with the Denver Nuggets. He was bought out of his contract after a trade to the Boston Celtics and became a free agent.

The Detroit Pistons are signing John Lucas III to a deal for the remainder of the season.

Lucas has played on two 10-day contracts with the Pistons.

The Phoenix Suns were prepared to "go after (Brandon Knight) hard" in the offseason before trading for him at the deadline.

Knight will be a restricted free agent and their chances of re-signing him are significantly higher than if they were to pursue him in the open market.

The Suns traded the Los Angeles Lakers' future first round pick to acquire Knight.

The Suns believe Knight is a good complement at off guard to Eric Bledsoe.

The Detroit Pistons claimed Shawne Williams off waivers.

Williams was traded by the Miami Heat to the New Orleans Pelicans at the deadline.

Williams will provide depth and take Jonas Jerebko's spot in the rotation.
