DeAndre Liggins claimed the final roster spot for the Oklahoma City Thunder as the team waived Daniel Orton, Andy Rautins and Hollis Thompson.

Liggins was a second round pick in the 2011 draft and appeared in 17 games last season.

The Thunder’s training camp roster now stands at 15 players.

The New York Knicks announced the waivers of Oscar Bellfield, John Shurna, Mychel Thompson and Henry Sims.

Chris Copeland and Rasheed Wallace are expected to fill the Knicks' final two guaranteed roster spots.

The Toronto Raptors have released Jamaal Magloire to reach the roster limit of 15 for the start of the 2012-13 season.

Magloire was a training camp invitee and did not appear in any of the Raptors’ six pre-season games.

The Portland Trail Blazers have waived five players, including Adam Morrison, who was the third overall pick of the 2006 NBA draft.

The Blazers also waived Coby Karl, Dallas Lauderdale, Demonte Harper and Justin Holiday.

The Los Angeles Lakers waived Andrew Goudelock on Saturday, trimming their roster down to 15 players.

Goudelock was the 46th overall pick of the 2011 NBA draft.

The Brooklyn Nets have requested waivers on James Mays and Carleton Scott, reducing their roster to 15 for the start of the 2012-13 season.

Mays played in two preseason games, totaling 6 points and 4 rebounds.

Scott appeared in three preseason games, totaling 9 points and 10 rebounds.

The Orlando Magic waived Quentin Richardson, Justin Harper and Chris Johnson, bringing their roster to 15 prior to the start of the 2012-13 season.

Richardson has two years, $5.4 million remaining on his contract.

Harper, the 32nd overall pick in the 2011 draft, was acquired from the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for two future second round draft picks.

Johnson, a 22-year-old small forward, was signed to give the team some depth during training camp.

The San Antonio Spurs have waived Josh Powell, who averaged 5.8 points and 3.8 rebounds in six preseason games.

The Spurs also announced they have exercised the third-year options on Cory Joseph and Kawhi Leonard. Both player are signed through the 2013-14 season.

“I know I’ve got to keep working and learning, but for sure this move makes all that hard work I put in this summer worth it,” Joseph said.

“I feel like I’m just going to keep on getting better and I feel like they think I’m going to keep on getting better, too.”

The Toronto Raptors have hired David Pendergraft to work in their pro personnel department, according to sources.

Pendergraft had been assistant general manager of the Atlanta Hawks.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to hire Darko Rajakovic to become the heaad coach the Tulsa 66ers, the franchise's D-League affiliate.

Rajakovic's hiring with the Tulsa 66ers is still pending his completion of the immigration process, sources said.

Rajakovic is the first European hired to be a head coach of a D-League or NBA franchise.

For the past three years, Rajakovic has been the head coach of Torrelodones in Spain, where he has gained a reputation as an excellent developer of talent.

Presti helped bring Rajakovic into the Spurs as a consultant and scout in 2004.
