Rajon Rondo has been suspended by the Dallas Mavericks for one game for conduct detrimental to the team.

Rondo and Rick Carlisle had a verbal altercation in the second half of the Mavericks' win on Tuesday.

Rondo will miss the Mavericks' game against the Atlanta Hawks.

Kendrick Perkins was suspended for one game without pay for initiating and making head to head contact with Tyreke Evans on Friday, the NBA announced.

The incident happened with 4:17 remaining in the first quarter of the New Orleans Pelicans' win over the Oklahoma City Thunder Friday.
