ESPN has graded out 28 five-star prospects for the incoming freshman class of 2016.

NBA scouts are especially excited for the 2017 draft, while the 2016 class isn't expected to be particularly deep.

Harry Giles, Jayson Tatum, Josh Jackson, Dennis Smith Jr. and Malik Monk are in ESPN's top-five.

Ben Simmons is ranked No. 1 on Chad Ford's first Big Board for the 2016 NBA Draft.

Ford reports that several general managers claim Simmons would have been their choice for the first overall pick in 2015 had he been eligible.

Skal Labissiere is ranked No. 2 and Jaylen Brown ranks No. 3.

Brandon Ingram, Jamal Murray, Malik Pope, Dragan Bender, Henry Ellenson, Malik Newman and Jakob Poeltl round out the top-10.
