Jordan McRae has signed a contract with Melbourne United in Australia.

McRae was selected 58th overall to the San Antonio Spurs in the 2014 NBA Draft, and his rights were traded to the Philadelphia 76ers. The 76ers will maintain his rights.

McRae has an NBA out clause in his deal until January.

Barcelona has agreed to sign DeShaun Thomas.

Thomas had previously reached agreement with Scandone Avellino, but the club delayed in signing the contract for three weeks.

Thomas spent last season with JSF Nanterre and will replace Kostas Papanikolaou with Barcelona.

Latavious Williams has signed with Bilbao Basket.

Williams was most recently with Cajasol Sevilla in which he averaged 10.9 points and 7.7 rebounds per game.

Three-year NBA forward Mickael Gelabale is receiving interest on a possible deal with FC Barcelona, sources told RealGM.

FC Barcelona will be without two integral players next season, losing Kostas Papanikolaou to the Houston Rockets and Erazem Lorbek in a buyout agreement. The European powerhouse has Gelabale on a list of potential additions.

Lorbek’s NBA rights are owned by San Antonio, but the 6-foot-11, former Michigan State forward won’t join the Spurs this summer and will recover his body to full health before deciding on his next professional contract, a source told RealGM. Lorbek, 30, has already announced he’s unable to play in the World Cup for the Slovenian national team due to injury.

Gelabale averaged 5 points and 2.7 rebounds in 36 games for the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2013. Some NBA teams planned to watch Gelabale perform for France in the World Cup.

Gelabale was a second round pick in 2005 to the then-Seattle SuperSonics, and played two seasons with the franchise and suffered an ACL injury that subsequently led him to the NBA Development League and overseas teams.

Erazem Lorbek and Barcelona have agreed upon a contract buyout.

Lorbek was originally drafted by the Indiana Pacers, but his draft rights were dealt to the San Antonio Spurs as part of the Kawhi Leonard trade in 2011.

The Spurs have just one remaining roster spot available.

Marques Green has signed with TED Ankara of Turkey.

Green most recently played with Dinamo Sassari.

Green replaces Ben Woodside, who failed his physical.

Barcelona has signed Jevohn Shepherd.

Shepherd averaged 18.8 points and 6.0 rebounds per game last season with Omegna.

Shepherd, a 28-year-old native of Toronto, played collegately at Michigan.

Marshall Henderson will have a work out with Fulgor Libertas Forli of A2 Gold, according to Forlibasket.

Henderson was one of college basketball's best scorers, though he had a highly controversial career at Ole Miss.

Aron Baynes hopes to re-sign with the San Antonio Spurs, but he is also exporing potential deals with European teams.

Baynes is reportedly searching for a contract worth $1.5 million Euros.

The Spurs extended Baynes a qualifying offer to make him a restricted free agent.

Aquille Carr – once a Baltimore, Maryland/Washington D.C. prep phenom – is finalizing contract terms with the Saint John Mill Rats of the Canada National Basketball League, a source told RealGM.

Before entering the June NBA Draft, Carr had played 10 games with the Delaware 87ers of the NBA Development League. He averaged 10.7 points and 1.9 rebounds in 14 minutes per game. Carr left the D-League in January and spent months training for his next professional team – ultimately going undrafted in June.

Carr’s deal with the Saint John Mill Rats holds an escape clause should the 20-year-old become drafted in next season’s D-League draft, a source said.

At 5-foot-5, Carr gained national recognition for his skill level and athletic talent while playing high school basketball at Princeton Day Academy in Baltimore. Carr also played in numerous exhibition, training and in-season games in the D.C. area.
