Elijah Millsap has signed with Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Millsap was waived this month by the Utah Jazz.

Millsap started the 2014-15 season in Bakersfield, and his outstanding play there (averaging 20.6 points, 8.3 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 2.1 steals per game) led to an NBA contract.

In 67 games with the Jazz, Millsap posted averages of 4.2 points, 2.8 rebounds, and one steal in 16 minutes of playing time. 

Nate Robinson is on his way to China for a workout with Xinjiang Flying Tigers.

Robinson played briefly this season with the New Orleans Pelicans.'

Andray Blatche has been the best play on the Flying Tigers this season.

Andrey Vatutin is the top choice of Mikhail Prokhorov to become general manager of the Brooklyn Nets this offseason.

The contract of Billy King expires at the end of the 15-16 season.

Vatutin is currently the president of CSKA Moscow.

Under his management CSKA Moscow won the 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10 Russian Superleague and the 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 Russian Championships.
