Tyrese Rice has been named Euroleague MVP for Round 5 of the Top 16 after leading Khimki to a 111-80 victory over Zalgiris Kaunas on Friday with a performance index rating of 35, which was the highest among all players in the week's games.

Rice scored 20 points on 5-of-8 three-point shooting plus 11 assists. He also made 5 of 6 free throws and collected 2 steals in setting a career-high in index rating and leading Khimki to a new club record for scoring.

Elijah Millsap has signed with Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Millsap was waived this month by the Utah Jazz.

Millsap started the 2014-15 season in Bakersfield, and his outstanding play there (averaging 20.6 points, 8.3 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 2.1 steals per game) led to an NBA contract.

In 67 games with the Jazz, Millsap posted averages of 4.2 points, 2.8 rebounds, and one steal in 16 minutes of playing time. 

Ioannis Bourousis of Laboral Kutxa Vitoria Gasteiz and Jan Vesely of Fenerbahce Istanbul have been named Euroleague co-MVPs for Round 4 of the Top 16.

Bourousis led his team to an 81-71 victory over CSKA Moscow with his seventh double-double of the season.

Vesely helped Fenerbahce defeat Darussafaka Dogus Istanbul 100-106.

Each posted a performance index of 30, which was the highest among all players in Round 4. 

Nate Robinson is on his way to China for a workout with Xinjiang Flying Tigers.

Robinson played briefly this season with the New Orleans Pelicans.'

Andray Blatche has been the best play on the Flying Tigers this season.
