Josh Sharma Commits To Stanford

Oct 22, 2014 7:16 PM

Josh Sharma has given Stanford a commitment for the 2015 class.

Sharma is Stanford's third four-star recruit and is a seven-footer, who is ranked No. 83 in the country.

“Josh is still a few years away from being a major contributor in the Pac-12, but he’s developed nicely over the last 12 months and has great natural size,” NBCSports.com recruiting analyst Scott Phillips said. “Once he adds strength, he should be able to score in the post and rebound and defend his area.”

No. 4 Ranked Prospect Henry Ellenson Commits To Marquette

Oct 9, 2014 11:05 AM

Henry Ellenson, ranked No. 4 in the ESPN 100, has committed to Marquette over finalists Michigan State and Kentucky, he told ESPN.

Ellenson will join brother Wally on the Golden Eagles' roster and will give coach Steve Wojciechowski his first five-star recruit since taking over the program last April.

"I felt Marquette was a place where I could make an immediate impact," he said. "I feel that I will have an opportunity to play multiple positions and show my versatility. Also, I was the most comfortable with the coaching staff and a chance to play with my brother was something that was always big to me."
