Baron Davis will sign with the Philadelphia 76ers' D-League affiliate as he continues his NBA comeback.

Davis suffered complete tears of his ACL, MCL and patellar tendon in his right knee in the 2012 NBA Playoffs and has been out of the NBA ever since.

No D-League team had signed Davis until he planned to join the Delaware 87ers, which has lost guards Jordan McRae (Cleveland) and Sean Kilpatrick (Brooklyn) to NBA call-ups.

Delaware will sign Davis assuming he arrives in shape.
