Monty Williams exercised the player option in his contract with the Sixers. He is now guaranteed through the 2003-04 season.

Laphonso Ellis has been waived by the Heat. He is now an unrestricted free agent.

The Heat exercised their team options on the contracts of Sean Lampley and Rasual Butler. Both players are now partially guaranteed for the 2003-04 season.

The Lakers refused the team option on Robert Horry's contract. He will now be an unrestricted free agent.

The Grizzlies have reported they will pick up the team options on Robert Archibald and Chris Owens. They are now under contract for the 2003-04 season.

The Wizards signed Jerry Stackhouse to a 2-year, $17.7 million contract extension. He is now signed through the 2006-07 season.

The Bucks traded Sam Cassell and Ervin Johnson to the Timberwolves for Anthony Peeler and Joe Smith.

The Hawks drafted Boris Diaw-Riffiod in the first round (#21) and Travis Hansen in sthe second (#37).

The Celtics drafted Marcus Banks (#13) and Kendrick Perkins (#27) in the first round and Brandon Hunter (#56) in the second. They traded the rights to Banks and Perkins to the Grizzlies for the rights to Troy Bell (#16) and Dahntay Jones (#20).

The Bulls drafted Kirk Hinrich (#7) in the first round and Mario Austin (#36), Matt Bonner (#45)and Tommy Smith (#53) in the second. They traded the rights to Bonner to the Raptors for a future second round pick.

The Cavaliers drafted LeBron James (#1) in the first round and Jason Kapono (#31) in the second.

The Mavericks drafted Josh Howard (#29) in the first round and Xue Yuyang (#57) in the second. They traded the rights to Yuyang to the Nuggets for a 2004 second round pick.

The Nuggets drafted Carmelo Anthony (#3) in the first round and Sani Becirovic (#46) in the second. They traded a 2004 second round pick to the Mavericks for the rignts to Xue Yuyang (#57).

The Pistons drafted Darko Milicic (#2) and Carlos Delfino (#25) in the first round and Andreas Gliniadakis (#58) in the second.

The Warriors drafted Mickael Pietrus (#11) in the first round and Derrick Zimmerman (#40) in the second.

The Rockets drafted Malick Badiane (#44) in the second round.

The Pacers drafted James Jones (#49) in the second round.

The Clippers drafted Chris Kaman (#6) in the first round and Sofoklis Schortsanitis (#34) in the second.

The Lakers drafted Brian Cook (#24) in the first round and Luke Walton (#32) in the second.

The Knicks drafted Mike Sweetney (#9) in the first round and Maciej Lampe (#30) and Slavko Vranes, (#39) in the second.

The Magic drafted Reece Gaines (#15) in the first round and Zaur Pachulia (#42) in the second. They traded cash considerations to the bucks for the rights to Keith Bogans (#43).

The Sixers drafted Paccelis Morlende (#50) in the second round. They traded the rights to Morlende and cash considerations to the Supersonics for the rights to Willie Green (#41). They also traded cash considerations to the Nets for the rights to Kyle Korver (#51).

The Suns drafted Zarko Cabarkapa (#17) in the first round. They traded a conditional first round pick to the Spurs for the rights to Leandrinho Barbosa (#28).

The Trail Blazers drafted Travis Outlaw (#23) in the first round and Nedzad Sinanovic (#54) in the second.

The Spurs drafted Leandrinho Barbosa (#28) in the first round. They traded the rights to Barbosa to the Suns for a conditional 1st round pick.

The Supersonics drafted Nick Collison (#12) and Luke Ridnour (#14) in the first round and Willie Green (#41) in the second. They traded the rights to Green to the Sixers for the rights to Paccelis Morlende (#50) and cash considerations.

The Raptors drafted Chris Bosh (#4) in the first round and Remon Van de Hare (#52) in the second. They traded a future second round pick to the Bulls for the rights to Matt Bonner (#45).

The Jazz drafted Aleksandar Pavlovic (#19) in the first round and Maurice Williams (#47) in the second.

The Wizards drafted Jarvis Hayes (#10) in the first round and Steve Blake (#38) in the second.

The Hornets exercised the team option on Robert Traylor's contract. He is now guaranteed through the 2003-04 season.

The Mavericks elected to keep their 2nd round pick in the 2003 draft (#57). They will give Miami their 2004 2nd round pick instead as part of the 2001 Tim Hardaway trade.

The Pistons traded their 2003 1st round pick (#25) to themselves. The Pistons owed a 1st round pick to the Kings, the Kings owed a first round pick to the Pistons. The Pistons traded this years' first round pick to the Kings who turned around and traded the pick back to Detroit to fulfill both obligations.
