After first seeking restitution from former referee Tim Donaghy of $1 million, the NBA has increase the amount to $1,395,000, according to a report on ESPN.com.

The league is asking for the money to cover their investigation costs, as well as wages paid to the former official.

The adjustment came in response to a request from Donaghy's attorney for a detailed breakdown of how the league arrived at the initial figure.
