Entering Thursday's slate of games, the Eastern Conference was 86-64 against the Western Conference this season.

"I think the balance is shifting," Indiana Pacers' forward Danny Granger said.

(RealGM Note: The Pacers are 10-18 overall but have a 4-3 mark against the West.)

The last time the East had a winning record against the West in a full season was in 1997-98.

If the East manages to maintain its .573 winning percentage, it would be its second-best showing since 1990.
