The deadline trade with Cleveland has given the Chicago Bulls a crowded backcourt that makes changes this offseason virtually inevitable, the Chicago Tribune is reporting.
Regardless of the rotation that interim coach Jim Boylan comes up with someone is going to be unhappy. There simply is not enough minutes for all the players the Bulls have.
With Larry Hughes on big money for the next two seasons and Ben Gordon in restricted free agent status, one player who may be moved to help free space is Kirk Hinrich, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune is reporting.

Larry Hughes doesn't think that playing hard on a game-by-game basis is the key to winning in the NBA, according to the Chicago Tribune.
"I really don't think we're missing on playing hard," Hughes told the Tribune. "You can play hard, but you have to play smart. This game is about strategizing. Playing hard doesn't necessarily get it done on a nightly basis. You have to execute."

The Chicago Bulls fined forward Andres Nocioni an unspecified amount following an outburst towards interim head Coach Jim Boylan during Saturday's loss to the Indiana Pacers, the Chicago Tribune is reporting.
"I'm frustrated with myself right now, and I'm frustrated with everything," Nocioni said. "When something's not going the right direction, you want it go the right direction, and it's difficult. I think I'm not playing my minutes because I'm not playing well."
According to the report, Nocioni and Boylan have since made up after the outburst.
