Traylor's name was used to make it appear that he purchased two Detroit rental properties, but the properties were actually bought and owned by Quasand Lewis, a convicted drug trafficker and money launderer, according to U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy's office. Read the Full Story Discuss Send Feedback NBA Might Penalize Players For `Flopping'The NBA is looking into how often players simulate fouls and whether or not officials can tell the difference. ``They're really difficult to determine in real time. They're meant to fool an official,'' Stu Jackson told reporters on Thursday. ``Are we going to be wrong more times than not? It's tough, but we're looking at it.'' FIBA already permits referees to issue a technical foul for flopping, a penalty that Jackson said the NBA is considering.
