The current top-five players in the NBA according to RealGM's FIC are Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh, all of whom were all on Team USA's 2008 Gold Medal team.
Last year's final top-five included Paul, Howard and LeBron, along with Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett. Garnett is currently 18th, while Bryant is 28th.

Chris Webber has yet to come out and declare himself officially retired, but agent Aaron Goodwin has ended any rumors of a return to the NBA.
"Chris is officially retired," Goodwin said. "He sent his letter in. He'll be in the Class of 2013 (for the Hall of Fame). As will Gary Payton (another Goodwin client). He finally sent his letter in."
Goodwin said that Webber officially retired prior to taking a gig with TNT.

The NBA and the Harlem Globetrotters have announced a multiyear marketing partnership in an attempt to raise the sport's profile around the world.
The deal will include the NBA planning and promoting the Globetrotters' international schedule of games and events.
The partnership will debut in February, when the Globetrotters take part in a number of activities during NBA All-Star week in Phoenix.
