Tyreke Evans Will Enter NBA Draft

Tyreke Evans, star freshman for the Memphis Tigers, has decided to enter the NBA in wake of the news that John Calipari will leave the school for Kentucky.

"Coach leaving did it for me," Evans said. "I'm shocked he left, especially with the class he had coming in. I know it was tough for him, but it was his dream job. You can't get mad at him for that."

Evans averaged 17.1 points per game in his first year and is projected to be a mid first-round selection in the 2009 NBA draft.
