Tim Brown of the L.A. Times reports that former Magic forward Horace Grant would like to return to Lakers next season.

"I'd like to go where they have a center," he said. "I'd like to go to the Lakers again and see what that's like now."

With current Laker power forwards Mark Madsen and Samaki Walker to be free agents at the end of the year and with the Lakers holding a $5.3 million dollar option on Robert Horry, there may be a place for Grant.

One problem that Grant may run into will be the glut of free agent forwards this summer that will include P.J. Brown, Karl Malone, Dale Davis, Juwan Howard, and Keon Clark.

Grant, who will be 38 in July, may have a slight edge because he has played under Phil Jackson in Chicago and in L.A. and knows the triangle offense.
