Nets President Rod Thorn announced the signing of journeyman Donnell Harvey on Tuesday. This will be Harvey?s sixth team since he was drafted by the Knicks in the First Round of the 2000 NBA Draft.
In 202 NBA games, Harvey has career averages of 5.7 ppg and 4.1 rpg.
The Nets also officially placed star forward Richard Jefferson on the injured list. Jefferson is expected to miss the remainder of the 2005-05 season while he rehabilitates an surgically repaired left wrist.
