Agent David Bauman reports that Sonics power forward Vladimir Radmanovic prepared for restricted free agency by selling his house in Seattle this week.
"Vlade is not signing a contract anywhere close to the midlevel exception [currently worth $5 million per year],'' vows Bauman, who believes that Radmanovic will net a big offer despite suffering a stress fracture in February.
