Derek Anderson's desire to seek a buyout from the Heat hasn't paid dividends, at least not yet.
Anderson, who would have been paid $2.5 million from Miami, instead took a $600,000 buyout because he wanted more playing time. But he hadn't found a job as of last week, according to his agent, and planned to contact teams on his own.
