LeBron Has Lasik Eye Surgery

Over the weekend, LeBron James had Lasik eye surgery to improve his vision. The procedure was performed in Beverly Hills, Calif., by Dr. Kerry K. Assil, a renowned eye surgeon who has performed the same procedure on numerous athletes and celebrities.

In a prepared statement, Assil said he has cleared James to resume his offseason workout routine.

Cavaliers officials said James, who did not normally wear glasses when reading or writing, started to consider whether to have the procedure later in the past season.
