Clippers' forward Tim Thomas and Spurs' guard Manu Ginobili were injured during the first quarter of their game Saturday night.

Thomas fell to the ground and was in obvious pain after appearing to get tripped up by another Los Angeles' player. He was helped off the floor with 6:38 to play in the first and, the team said he had a sprained left knee.

With about 4 1/2 minutes to go in the first, Ginobili grabbed his left hand and left the court. The team said he sprained his left index finger. It's the same injury Ginobili had Dec. 2 against Portland.
