The Blazers will give a contract to Anthony Tolliver on Thursday, sources told HoopsHype.com.
He was playing in the NBDL with the Idaho Stampede, where he was averaging 20.7 ppg and 9.9 rebounds and shooting 43 percent from distance.
Tolliver is expected to be in uniform on Thursday.
