Lakers forward Pau Gasol was among 10 players donating $1,000 per point scored on Friday night to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.
The players taking part included Chicago's Derrick Rose, Atlanta's Joe Johnson, Sacramento's Tyreke Evans and Washington's Antawn Jamison.
A total of 47 players from the Wasserman Media Group planned to donate a minimum of $500,000 to the fund.
