Don Nelson disputed claims from Stephen Jackson that he will retire after the 2009-10 season.
"After Coach Nelson gets his record, he's going to hang it up,'' Jackson said on Monday. "I just know that he's going to the (Warriors) office and pass the reins to (assistant coach) Keith Smart.''
"I'm going to coach until my contract is up next year,'' Nelson said in a phone interview. "Ask Jack if he's going to leave with one year left on his contract. ... I'm going to honor my contract next year and then that will be it.''
