Assuming the Cavaliers fire head coach Mike Brown, NBA power broker William "Wes" Wesley will certainly be involved in their search for a new head man.
Of course, should LeBron James leave via free agency, it's possible that Wesley might not have as much interest in helping Cleveland find a new coach.
Wesley has been involved in the team's last two coaching searches, according to Brian Windhorst of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
"Wes has been involved behind the scenes in last two #Cavs coaching searches. In 2003 and '05 with backdoor contacts. This is what he does," Windhorst wrote.
