A minor league baseball team is now courting LeBron James.

The Lake Erie Crushers plans to offer James a maximum contract under Frontier League rules. The team said the deal would be worth $1,600 a month and include a host family.

The Crushers will wear Cavaliers-themed jerseys June 30 and each player will wear No. 6 to honor James' switch from No. 23.

They are holding "Keep LBJ in the C-L-E Night" on June 30, the day before LeBron becomes a free agent.
