The Spurs defeated the Cavaliers 109-99 on Wednesday night for their 50th win of the season.
They are the first team in the NBA to reach the 50-win mark this year.
San Antonio rebounded from a tough loss to Memphis on Tuesday night, after which coach Gregg Popovich's press conference lasted just 38 seconds.
"I think in general the whole group played to win the game as opposed to [Tuesday] where they played just expecting something to happen without a focus," the coach said.
The Spurs have won 50 or more games in 12 consecutive seasons.
