Bradley Beal led Washington with 15 points, five rebounds and four assists. Shelvin Mack and Tomas Satoransky scored 11 points apiece.
Jeremy Lamb scored a game-high 26 points for Houston. Terrence Jones had 16 points and five rebounds. Donatas Motiejunas struggled by going 0-for-5 from the field.
