Xavier Henry returned to play at the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday averaging 9.8 points on 44 percent shooting in 20.1 minutes per game with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Henry was the 12th overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft by the Grizzlies, but was hampered by a knee injury in his rookie season and then he was traded.

"I'm trying to solidify myself and have a great career," Henry said. "But it doesn't happen in a day. I can't have too many highs or lows. It's about pushing through the whole season."

Henry is on a partially guaranteed one-year deal worth $884,293.
