LeBron James continues to be the leader in Player Efficiency Rating in the 2014 NBA Playoffs with a mark of 31.2.

Russell Westbrook ranks second with 25.6, followed by Chris Paul (24.6), LaMarcus Aldridge (23.8) and Kevin Durant (23.8).

Paul George ranks sixth at 23.0, followed by Blake Griffin (22.3), Andray Blatche (22.2), Chris Andersen (21.8) and Tim Duncan (21.4).
