Kendrick Perkins announced on social media he was returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers and later deleted the post.
Perkins has been playing with the Cavaliers' G League affiliate and has been expected to join the Cavaliers once a roster spot opens.
The Cavaliers will wait until at least after the All-Star break before using their two open roster spots, according to Joe Vardon of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
